Annual General Meeting 2019

The 2019 AGM of the Kitchener Scholars' Association will take place in the Alderman's Court Room, The Guildhall London, on 24th September 2019 starting at 1815hrs. Some normal committee business, covering events for the rest of the year will be conducted in AOB . The meeting will close by 2000hrs.

  4. Election of Officers 
    a. Chairman, b Vice Chairman, c, Honorary Treasurer.
  5. Election of Committee members.
  6. AOB. (To be notified to the Secretary by 15th September 2019.

    Election of Officers. (Please note Rule 19)
    19.  Nominations for election as an Officer (other than the President and Vice-President(s) or Committee Member must be sent to the Secretary so as to reach him at least 14 days before the AGM. In the event of no nomination being received as aforesaid for election as an Officer (other than the President and Vice-President(s) then a nomination (whether written or verbal) submitted at the AGM shall be valid.

    The Officers of the Association shall be:
     
  1.  President - not for re-election.
  2. Vice-President(s) - not for re-election
  3. Chairman
  4. Vice-Chairman
  5. Secretary - Now an appointed position not for re-election.
  6. Honorary Treasurer

Nominations for Officers 3, 4 and 6  are to reach the Secretary by 14th September 2019.
