2026 KSA Annual Dinner & Awards Ceremony

It gives the KSA Committee great pleasure to open booking for the 2026 KSA Annual Dinner & Awards Ceremony to our whole membership.  Our venue this year does have a hard capacity limit of 100, and sign up has been strong from our new cohort of 27 undergraduate scholars and four postgraduate scholars, so don’t delay if you would like to attend.

Dress code: Black Tie (with decorations). Those entitled are encouraged to wear Mess Dress. Ladies often (but are not obliged to) wear long dresses.

Running order:

• 6.30pm: Prosecco reception.
• 7.15pm: Awards Ceremony: new undergraduate & postgraduate Scholars.
• 7.45pm: Three course Dinner with Wine & Port.
• 11pm: Carriages

Guest Speaker: General Sir Peter Wall GCB, CBE, DL, Chief of the General Staff (Head of the Army) from 2010 – 2014 and Chief Royal Engineer in 2009

Pricing:

• 2025 Kitchener Scholars: Free, courtesy of the Lord Kitchener National Memorial Fund.
• Under 30 year old Kitchener Scholars: £50.
• Under 30 year old Guests: £50 (maximum of one).
• All other Kitchener Scholars and Guests: £99.
• Note that 2025 Kitchener Undergraduate Scholars may bring two guests, all other Kitchener Scholars only one guest.

Please note Kitchener Scholars attending the Annual Dinner must pay their £20 annual subscription for 2025/26.

Refund Policy:

• Cancellation before 20th February, 2026: Full Refund.
• Cancellation before 27th February: 90% Refund.
• Cancellation from 6th March: Due to contractual commitments with the Club, no refunds will be available. At the discretion of the Committee, however, and subject to being able to replace a cancellation with an individual from any Waiting List, we may be able to offer an 80% Refund.
