Annual General Meeting 2025

The AGM of the Kitchener Scholars’ Association will take place in Committee Room 2, West Wing, The Guildhall, London on Thursday 9th January 2025 at 7.00 pm. A Zoom link will be available for those unable to attend in person.

If you wish to attend, please reply to the secretary@kitchenerscholars.org no later than 3rd January 2025, indicating whether you will be attending in person or via zoom. The link will be sent a few days before the meeting.

3. Chair’s Report
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Election of Officers a. Chair, b. Vice Chair, c. Treasurer.
6. Election of Committee members
7. AOB. (To be notified to the Secretary by 3rd January 2025).

Election of Officers. (Please note Rule 19)

19. Nominations for election as an Officer or Committee member (other than the President and Vice-President/s) must be sent to the Secretary so as to reach him at least 14 days before the AGM. In the event of no nomination being received as aforesaid for election as an Officer (other than the President and Vice-President(s) then a nomination (whether written or verbal) submitted at the AGM shall be valid.

The Officers of the Association shall be:

1. President – not for re-election.
2. Vice-President(s) – not for re-election
3. Chair
4. Vice-Chair(s)
5. Secretary – (Nominated by the Chair and subject to ratification by the KSA Committee)
6. Treasurer

Nominations for Officers 3, 4 & 6 are to reach the Secretary by 27th December 2024.
